Exercise

You may have heard from time to time exercise is of no value in weight loss management. Well, that is misleading information. Exercise and as little as 15 minutes daily will enhance your rate of weight loss so get out there and do it!!! You will be glad you did. What is needed? Something as simple and cost free as walking will suffice. So lace up the sneakers and get out the front door. In Phoenix the temp is rising so find a cool spot to walk. How about a cool indoor mall. Shop if you must but at least WALK!!!!!!!!!
