Cheese Safety/ Myth Maybe

In a recent publication a heart study reflects a positive association between cheese consumption and heart disease and stroke. It appears small amounts of daily cheese consumption may be protective for heart disease and overall mortality according to a meta analysis (a review looking back at numerous other studies). There is ,however, a note of caution in making a hard recommendation for eating too much cheese since the study had several dairy industry sponsors.The take home for this is for you to always look at who sponsors a study because guess what…..some may have an ulterior motive.
